Returns and Exchanges
Returning apparel without an art design: You have 30 days upon the delivery date of your order to make a return. In the case of a defective item, you have 60 days for return upon the delivery date of your order. Color matching and product misuse cannot be guaranteed. To make a return, please contact a representative and provide your order number.
Returning apparel with your team or company art design: We do not accept returns on apparel that have been customized with a logo, name, mascot or any other purchased art design. Please note, custom sublimated apparel is made to order and designed specifically for your school, team, or club.
If a product is defective upon receipt, please call 1-877-956-6256 to receive a free shipping return label. We will either replace or refund the item upon receiving the defective item. Please note; normal wear and tear and/or misuse does not qualify as a defective product and is at the discretion of Knockout Sportswear.

Delivery and Delivery Charges
We currently ship goods worldwide, however pricing maybe specifically quoted based on destination and qty of items shipped. You will be advised at the time of placing team orders the S&H charges prior to us commencing your order. Online orders have clear S&H charges associated with each product and will be visible on the checkout page.
Please note that a signature is required for most deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been scanned as arrived at the time of delivery. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at email@example.com
We strive to ensure that online orders will be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed unless it’s a pre sale product, such as purchases made through the KO Team Stores. Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS the day after items have cleared QC. Orders will arrive determined by your shipping requested. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the USPS or UPS site.
Please note; all KO Team Store orders are considered pre sales and will be shipped approx. 4 to 6 weeks from the date that the team store closes. For more information regarding that date, please refer to Coach.
